Important Dates

We offer the possibility to publish new articles in the conference proceedings by the end of July 2019. The deadline for new registrations (for the paper publishing in the proceedings book only) is July 15, 2019, and the deadline for submitting a full article with one positive review is July 30, 2019. The publishing fee is 40 € for a range of 6 pages of proceedings book format (A5) and another 5 € for each extra page. Please, submit the payment until 30 July 2019. (See the payment data below.)

The conference date and venue: 20th – 21st June 2019 in Trnava.

The organising committee can book the accommodation only within the university hostels (dormitory). The capacity of this kind of accommodation is limited therefore is important to book the accommodation in time.

Organizational Instructions

Conference place:	Trnava University (TU) in Trnava, Hornopotočná, Trnava
Accommodation:	Student hostels in Trnava. The orientation price for accommodation is 15 – 20 €/person/night (for doctoral students 5 – 10 € per night). The participants pay the accommodation fee in cash at the registration in the hostel.
Food/meals:	In the TU’s dining room. The lunch prices on 20th and 21st June 2019, as well as the welcome party – dinner on June 21st 2019, are included in the conference fee. (The services ordered for the second person must be paid by extra cash payment at the registration.)

Conference fee:	*110 € (includes organisational fee; the fee for the proceedings book; the fee for two lunches, one dinner and refreshments during breaks – extra lunch cost 7 € and extra dinner on welcome party cost 15 €). Authors who are unable to attend the conference, but wish to publish their papers in the proceedings book, shall pay a special fee 40 € for a range of 6 pages of proceedings book format (A5) and another 5 € for each extra page. If a registered participant for any reason will not participate at the conference, the conference fee will not be refunded, but the author or the organisation may send a substitute.
Conference fee with the accomodation:	150 €
Proceedings book:	It will be published before and after the conference. The organisers reserve the right to exclude the papers from the proceedings book(s) that will not be recommended for publication by the reviewers or will not be composed properly by the compulsory guidelines for publication.
Conference languages:	English, Slovak, Czech, Hungarian, Esperanto, German, Polish, Russian (except for the first three languages – the sections will be opened only in case of the sufficient number of participants; there is no language related restriction for publication in the proceedings). Taking into consideration the international nature of the conference, English is preferred.
Recommendation:	We recommend making a copy of your binding registration form in case of any complaints.

Submit the filled application form online until 18. 5. 2019, please.
